If you are uncertain of the nicotine strength to choose for your e-liquid, the below guide may assist you in choosing the right e-liquid strength. If you find your chosen e-liquid strength irritates your chest, you could go down in nicotine strength, and alternatively if you find the e-liquid strength does not satisfy your needs you could consider increasing the strength. Choose a flavour that you think will suit you best. Then adjust the level of nicotine depending on whether you smoke more or less than 20 per day. If you currently smoke 20 cigarettes per day, the majority of people will choose an 18mg nicotine to start with. Someone on 5 cigarettes per day would probably choose a 6mg nicotine strength. 3mg – Very low volume smoker
