Description
Smok Alike 40w Waterproof Pod Mod Kit
Among the branded vape products available in the marketplace today, few stand out like Smok starter kits. Ranging from full-sized monster platforms to sub-compact units, these all-in-one devices provide unparalleled power and flexibility. And that’s really the driving force behind the all-new Smoke Alike 40W Pod Mod Kit. Featuring a remarkably attractive, yet functionally practical chassis, the Smok Alike delivers astonishing and reliable performance wherever you want to take your digital artform.Over the many years that Smoktech has been in the vaping business, they’ve forged a reputation for cutting-edge design elements. True to form, the Smok Alike 40W Waterproof Pod Mod Kit carries this proud tradition to a new generation of enthusiasts. A work of art from any angle, the Alike 40W is aesthetically appeasing, with ruggedly handsome lines and a bezel accoutrement which integrates a leather-wrapped cover.Better yet, the Alike 40W Pod Mod’s exterior does more than offer optical satisfaction. Rather, each design element was meticulously crafted with performance and enthusiast comfort in mind. For instance, the leather wrapping facilitates an ergonomic grip, allowing you to vape for hours (should you wish) while mitigating physical fatigue. The textured leather surface is also “sticky,” helping to prevent any accidental drops.Yet in spite of our best efforts, stuff happens. Typically, dropping our vaporizer – just like our smartphone – extracts gasps and futile prayers for damage avoidance. Fortunately, the engineers of the Smok Alike 40W Pod Mod Kit recognized the propensity for mishaps, especially among compact vaporizers. Therefore, they came up with the IPX7 grade chassis.Labeled as triple protection, the Alike Pod Mod is waterproof (down to a depth of 1 meter for half an hour), dustproof and shockproof. Though we don’t recommend putting your Alike to an environmental trial, it’s good to have the confidence that your vaporizer can keep up with your lifestyle – and then some!Complementing the gorgeous looks of the Smok Alike Pod Mod Kit its sidewall-integrated 0.96-inch color interface screen. Several manufacturers of compact vaporizers have placed their interface systems along the sidewall. However, very few, if any incorporate the amount of information that Smok provides. Additionally, the font and graphics are crystal clear, even under inclement lighting conditions. This is ono of the subtle attributes of the Alike but it’s a significant one for true vaping connoisseurs. For enhanced convenience, the Alike Pod’s overall interface system includes an up/down button, allowing you to shift through various menu options at will without having to run through an entire cycle to get to your desired setting. Further, the digital screen features a “lockout option” to prevent accidental inputs. Not only is this a useful function – who hasn’t let a loose finger mistakenly ruin a perfectly dialed calibration? – it’s easy to modulate: simply press the up and down buttons simultaneously to access the screen.Underlining the Smok Alike 40W Pod Mod is an advanced chipset that is primed and optimized for subcompact vaping. Principally, you’ll notice the chipset come alive with its rapid-fire response rate. Right above the digital interface sits an intuitively positioned fire button. Activate it and without any hesitation, you’ll experience rich, robust vapes. As well, the chipset facilitates remarkable efficiency from the Smok Alike Pod Mod’s 1600 mAh internal battery. It’s more than powerful enough for the Alike, which only measures a hair above 3 inches tall and 1.7 inches wide. Power comes on smoothly and reliably, and you’ll have enough capacity on a full charge to last you several generous sessions before requiring a recharge.Fortunately, the replenishment process will be over before you know it, thanks to the Alike Pod’s overcharge current of 2A. Plus, with the internal power source, you won’t have to worry about buying separate batteries. Thus, the Alike Pod truly is one of the most budget-friendly devices you’ll find.In sharp contrast to other compact vaporizer platforms, with the Alike, you won’t have to compromise. For one thing, this remarkable pod mod incorporates adjustable wattage between 1W to 40W. No matter what power setting you elect, you will enjoy consistent vapor quality without any performance drop off.Furthermore, the pod setup of the Smok Alike Kit utilizes PCTG-grade materials, which is usually found in high-end cosmetics and food packaging. Among this material’s key attributes, it is resistant to corrosion, enabling a greater lifespan than competing brands’ pods. Plus, the pod’s mouthpiece is ergonomically designed and tactile, supporting comfortably smooth sessions. If that wasn’t enough, the Alike’s pod runs a massive 5.5ml e-liquid reservoir. Such a capacity rivals that of leading vape tanks for full-sized mods, further enhancing Smoktech’s reputation for bending the rules of physics.Included in the packaging for the Smok Alike 40W Waterproof Pod Mod Kit are two of the most groundbreaking Smok atomizer heads: an RPM Mesh 0.4-ohm Coil and an RPM DC 0.8-ohm MTL Coil. As the names and resistance ratings suggest, the former atomizer system is best suited for the direct-to-lung (DTL) methodology. As well, the 0.4-ohm configuration produces incredibly flavorful vapes. On the other hand, the latter RPM DC 0.8-ohm MTL Coil is optimized for the mouth-to-lung process. Featuring its signature tight draws and satisfying throat hits, the RPM DC has grown to become a favorite among transitioning enthusiasts. But no matter what type of vaper you are, the Smok Alike 40W Pod Mod Kit has the flexibility and performance stats to meet any need. Best of all, you can take this rugged device anywhere you please.Replacement Coils for the Smok AlikeReplacement Pods For the Smok Alike
